Water Crest Valley is a vegetable farm and restaurant located along the main road between Kea Farm and Trinkap. A popular tourist attraction, the farm specialises in cultivating watercrest, a semi-aquatic leafy vegetable with many culinary uses. Chiew Garden Cafe is the farm's restaurant that specialises in Chinese vegetarian cuisine, though meat is also available.
The menu has a high emphasis on vegetables and tofu, with options for pork-free steamboat and many healthy ways of cooking dishes. A signature product at Water Crest Valley is their herbal watercrest drink that is boiled with Luo Han Guo (monk fruit), red dates and longan. Open daily from late morning till night, entrance is free.
